You can create an efficient e-shop with Webity. By means of your e-shop your product and service catalog can reach hundreds of millions of Internet users in the whole world. You can significantly increase your turnover and profit and establish long lasting, successful business partnerships.

The Object Product contains some default fields :
a) Name
b) Product code (stock number)
c) Price with the possibility of currency exchange
d) Discount
e) Tax (VAT)
f) Main image
g) You may insert another 10 pictures (they will be shown as small previews and as a photo gallery)
h) Two fields for inserting product descriptions (texts, images, tables)
i) You may activate or deactivate the products listed in your e-shop.

The Product Catalog also contains a Product search function. You may search according to Name, Maximum Price and Product description. Except for these you may add other search criteria using the Additional Fields.

If you do not fill in the price in the Product Catalog, searching according to Maximum Price will be disabled.

You can add an infinite number of your own Additional fields to the products. In the Additional fields you define further product properties (product color, material type, etc.)

Work with the Additional Field:
In the product catalog of Travel Agency, we want to define which village are the accommodation facilities located in.
1. In the "Product" Object we click on the "Additional Fields" tab.
2. Here we add a "New Field", name it - let's call it Holiday resort - and set the type to "Select Box". We save it.
3. We click on the "Holiday resort" field, which we have just created. We enter the names of the holiday resorts into the fields Option 1 to Option 3 and save them. If we need to add more than 3 options, we click on the "Holiday resort" field again and the system gives us another 3 options.
4. If we want to enable searching in the Product Catalog publicly also according to the "Holiday resort", we tick off "Yes, permit use in the Search Form".
5. We move to the "Products" tab and choose to edit the specific product. In the details of the product we see that the additional field "Holiday resort" appeared. We select the town, where the hotel is located and save the data.
6. On the public web pages a line appeared in the product details with the information where the accommodation facilities are located.
Additional fields may be an arbitrary number of photos, short or long text. Like this we can create our own catalog of products in a simple and efficient manner.

How can I insert the Product Catalog into a web page?
Insert the "Products" Object into the item in the menu – call it "Business", for example.

How can I insert a new product into the Product Catalog?
In the newly created "Products" Object go to the first tab - "Products". Click on "New product" item, fill in the characteristics of the product. The fields you do not fill in, will not be displayed on the website. Add photos and save them.

Where will my order be sent?
If the customer fills in the order on your website, it is sent:
1. To the administration of your Webity website. In the "Product" Object, in the "Orders" tab you may find all orders arranged in a transparent catalog
2. The Order is also sent to the e-mail address you selected (you may set it in the "Properties" tab in the Product Object).

How can I setup the orders to come to my e-mail address?
Write the e-mail address where you wish the orders to be sent in the "Properties" tab, in the "Send order to" line. Separate multiple addresses with commas.

How can I insert a product property as search criteria?
You may define product properties in the additional fields. If you wish to search according to the material type, create a additional field called "Material"(make it a select box), enter the material types and select "Yes, view in the search formula".

How can I insert a larger photo into the Product Detail?
1. Go to the product item you want to edit or add another product
2. fill in the following: the denomination, the price, the discount, the Main image (this will be that small preview)
3. On the right of the Main image is the "More images" button - like this you can insert photos that will be displayed as Photo Gallery.
