Polls

Polls are an excellent tool for your company to find out your customers' attitude towards the products and services you offer. Use the "Poll" Object for creating a poll with a single question. If you wish to ask more questions in the poll, use the Object "Form" .

How to create a poll:

1. Create a "New page" and select "Poll" as the Main Object.
2. Fill in the preset fields in "Advanced properties". It is important to fill in the description of the page and the keywords. If you do not enter the URL identifier, it will be created automatically, in the following form: "test-poll-june", for example. These data are important for the search engines (like Google).
3. After clicking "Create" the pre-defined poll block will be displayed.
4. Enter the question and the answers. The number of answers to one question is arbitrary. New fields are added automatically after filling in the six preset fields.
5. The poll results - the total number of voters and the percentage for the answers - are displayed on the public website.
6. You may adjust the number of answers to the question in Webity administration module. Like this you may suggest your website's visitors that a certain product is more preferred by them.
7. In the administration module you may also set the "Allow answers again after ... hours" option.
