How to insert and manage menu items

How to create a new page:

  1. Click on "New Page".
  2. In the first line ("Name") fill in the name of the new site.
  3. In the second line ("Parent page") select the exact position of the new page in the menu.
  4. In the third line ("Main object") select the object to be used as first in the web page. We suggest to keep the "Text editor" object, which is suitable for most pages. You may also select "Blank object" and then no objects will be inserted into the site.

In the left menu you may do the following:

  • Create new pages.
  •  Move pages up/down.
  • Delete pages.
  • Undelete deleted sites that remained in the recycle bin.
  • View menu items.
The items have the following visibility modes:
  •  "Visible "
  • "Visible for logged-in users". In the BiznisWeb administration module you may create new users and notify the user having access to the web page reserved for registered users about their names and passwords. The visitor can access the contents of the website accessible only for registered users by entering his name and password. The user has access to the administration of his data, and password, too. You may give access to users to other parts of the content management system. You may use it to create a Clients' section.
  •   „Locked by password". Define a password for menu items set as password-protected. The visitor may access the password-protected contents of the web page by entering the given password. This is a good solution for allowing access to a page containing a price list, for example.
  •   "Hidden (but working URL address)". The contents of the website are hidden for the visitor, but if someone knows the address of the website, the site will show up after entering this address into the browser. Suitable if you wish to send a subsite to your colleague as a sample.
  •   "Hidden (disabled URL address)". The contents of the webpage is hidden and cannot be entered by any means.
